It’s that time of year again! That time when it’s almost…not this year (again)! We’ve been keeping our eyes peeled for cool Tolkien and Middle-earth themed calendars, and these are our top picks!
And I don’t know about you, but when I pick up a calendar, I always look for my birth month to see what the picture is! Since my birthday is in October (the same month as Halloween), I’ve ended up with a fair number of orcs, and Balrogs, and things that just aren’t very nice. The German website Elbenwald* offers this unique 2013 calendar for The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey. Each month features one large and two or three smaller images from the movie. It also contains a large poster that shows Bilbo, Gandalf, Thorin and his company of dwarves.
