‘The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies’ Received a BAFTA Nomination

After receiving a nomination for the Costume Design Guild in the category ‘Excellence in Fantasy Film’ last January 7, The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies received another nomination, this time for the British Academy Film Awards in the category ‘Special Visual Effects’. Double nomination for Joe Letteri, who worked also for Dawn of the Planet of the Apes!

The BAFTAs ceremony will take place on February 8 in London and it will be hosted by Stephen Fry, who already announced the nominations with Sam Claflin (following video).
