Peter Hollens Completes ‘Hobbit’ Set and Makes Us Cry with ‘The Last Goodbye’

Peter Hollens has entertained us with music from The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit trilogies, and he has now performed all of the end credit songs from each of our journeys into Middle-earth. “The Last Goodbye,” the end credits song from The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies was the last piece of the puzzle.

Just like the first time we heard Billy Boyd’s original recording of the song, we have tears in our eyes thinking that this might be his last song from Middle-earth.
