Well, we all knew it would be, but somehow it is quite a relief to hear that Warner Bros Pictures are almost certainly bringing The Hobbit to the San Diego Comic Con 2012. The official announcement has yet to be made but AceShowbiz reports that a three-hour block has been booked on Saturday 14 July. The presentation is also expected to include Man of Steel but not, oddly enough, The Dark Knight Rises.
The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey, will be released on 14 December 2012.
