According to thisisnottingham, the Cinewords IMAX in Nottingham will open on 14th December and the debut film will be The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey.
The Empire Leicester Square is screening The Hobbit in HFR for the London premiere but not, it seems, afterwards.
The Empire told me
Other than the premiere, ‘The Hobbit’ will not be playing at the Empire Leicester Square. It is due to open at the Odeon.
