The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit composer Howard Shore will visit Dublin, Ireland, for a concert of his own music in April. “Howard Shore in Dublin” will be introduced by the Academy Award-winning composer and performed by the RTÉ Concert Orchestra, conducted by Ludwig Wicki, in the National Concert Hall. Not only that but at noon on the day of the concert, Howard will be in conversation with Tony Clayton-Lea in the John Field Room of the National Concert Hall. This event will only be open concert ticket holders.
“Howard Shore in Dublin” is on Saturday 26 April at 8 pm and is presented by The National Concert Hall and the RTÉ Concert Orchestra and supported by The Irish Times. Further information and tickets (available from 28 February) from National Concert Hall.
