As we previously announced last June, British actor Orlando Bloom will unveil his own star on the Hollywood Boulevard Walk of Fame next April 2. And it will take place a few days before The Hobbit: Desolation of Smaug is released on DVD, where Bloom has appeared once again in the role of Legolas Greenleaf.
The ceremony will be held at 6927 Hollywood Boulevard, where the TCL Chinese Theatre is located, and it will include guest speakers director David Leveaux and actor Forest Whitaker, who previously worked alongside Orlando Bloom. The star will be unveiled outside Madame Tussauds Hollywood and will be the 2521th, following Kate Winslet’s 2520th.
