Elijah Wood, alongside his actor career, grew up a passion for Djing during the last few years. Elijah attended the Kick Off Party at Fantasy Con in Salt Lake City last July 2, serving as ‘DJ Wooden Wisdom’ with his friend Zach Cowie. Along with the DJ set there was a Q&A session with the actor.
“We all know Elijah Wood for his role as Frodo in The Lord of the Rings films, but most people don’t know that he’s also a really talented DJ,” said Josh Patel, founder of FantasyCon. “Elijah has a great love for music, and we’re absolutely thrilled that he is making the time to share this passion with our FantasyCon fans.”
DJ Wooden Wisdom has previously been invited to play music at high profile events worldwide. These appearances include the Bushmills Live 2012 Festival at the Old Bushmills Distillery in Ireland and a pre-Emmy party at The London West Hollywood Hotel in Los Angeles. (Source: FantasyCon.com)
