NEW Image: Thranduil and Army in ‘The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies’

Hot on the heels of the series of character banners released over the last week, TheHobbitMovie tweeted a new image from The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies. We see a grim-faced Thranduil at the head of his army of elves. What foe might be the subject of that intense look?

Shortly before tweeting the new Thranduil image, TheHobbitMovie tweeted this now familiar image of Galadriel and Gandalf.

All the recently revealed images from the final installment of The Hobbit has only served to heighten fans’ anticipation of the impending release of the full trailer for the film. Director Peter Jackson gave fans an estimate of “around October” for the full trailer in his Facebook post from July 3, 2014.

With October just about halfway gone, fans are getting extremely anxious for news of the full trailer! When do you think it will finally appear?
