We were amazed by the HUGE amount of participation from all of you in our Tolkien Reading Day t-shirt giveaway, in partnership with our friends at Shirts.com. Nearly 250 of you posted your favorite Tolkien quote about friendship, in honor of this year’s TRD theme! Entries for the giveaway opened on Monday, March 23, 2015, and closed at 11:59 pm EDT on March 25, 2015. The winner was determined by randomly choosing one of the entry comments.
And the two Shirts.com t-shirts go to Trialia! Trialia chose the following quote for her entry:

Getting two shirts is extra special for me as it’s my dad’s birthday this month and LotR has been his favourite book since childhood – it was published when he was a baby, and it was the first adult fantasy work he ever introduced me to, when I was about 8 years old. We’re both fans, so being able to give him a shirt for a belated birthday present and still have one myself will be brilliant.
