The final volume in Weta’s Hobbit Chronicles book series will be released later this year in November and it is titled The Art of War. Like the other five books in the series, The Art of War, written by Daniel Falconer, will give fans information on how the thousands of incredibly talented artisans helped bring The Hobbit to life. It will include more than 1,000 illustrations, photographs, never-before-seen imagery and insights shared by the cast and crew of the trilogy. The book features Azog and comes with a foreward by Lee Pace, afterword by Richard Armitage and an introduction by Terry Notary. There will even be some exclusive content regarding the extended edition of BOTFA (I know we’re all waiting impatiently for that!) and a fold-out battle map illustrated by Weta Workshop Designer, Nick Keller.
