Air New Zealand have really taken The Hobbit theme to heart. Two of their planes will be turned into giant billboards for the films and soon passengers will be treated to a Hobbit-style safety video. The video has been made with the help of Weta Workshop and will be on flights from November but you can enjoy a sneak peek of the stills on the Air New Zealand Facebook page.
And some of the first passengers to see the video will be those of you joining us on our Long Expected Journey to New Zealand. It’s not too late to book a place on the tour, which will be in Wellington for the premiere of The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey on 28 November 2012.
