There were no Hobbit panels at the San Diego Comic Con, but the Weta Workshop was there and also an incredible life-sized model of Bag End.
After Evangeline Lilly, Manu Bennett also visited the Weta booth to pose with the statue of Azog, the character played by Bennett in The Hobbit.
