Advance tickets for The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug can now be booked at cinemas in the UK.
Selected ODEON and Cineworld cinemas have the tickets on sale for certain screenings. The earliest I’ve found is at the BFI Imax in London, where the first showing is at 7 am on Friday 13 December, 2013.
If you’re aiming to see it at the earliest possible time though, it’s worth bearing in mind that cinemas often add a special preview day prior to the release date.
