Aidan Turner: I’m still close to my dwarf brothers

Kili DOSAidan Turner, who plays Kili in The Hobbit trilogy, is busy promoting the new BBC drama Poldark, in which he plays the lead character Ross.

During an interview with Metro, Aidan had this to say about working on The Hobbit.

‘I don’t know if it’s opened doors for me but I know I wanted to make the most of  my two years in New Zealand because it would probably be the best job of my life. We felt like we were inside Tolkien’s books – it was a world within a world and it stays with you. I’m still close to my dwarf brothers.’
